空气中痕量三甲胺的顶空气相色谱-质谱法测定 被引量:3

摘要 建立了顶空气相色谱-质谱法测定空气中三甲胺(TMA)含量的方法。以0.02mol/L盐酸为吸收液采集空气中的三甲胺,吸收液用氢氧化钠游离出三甲胺,在80℃下平衡40min后用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行检测。当采气流量为0.5L/min时,三甲胺的采集效率>99%;方法在0.05~2μg范围内线性良好,相关系数>0.999;做了3个水平的加标回收率和精密度实验,相对标准偏差在2.4%~5.6%,加标回收率在94%~102%;当采样体积为30L时,方法的检出限为0.3μg/m。所建方法灵敏度高于目前的主要分析方法,适用于环境空气中低浓度三甲胺的监测。 A method was developed for determination of trimethylamine( TMA) in air by headspace gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. Trimethylamine in air was collected with 0. 02 mol/L hydrochloric acid as absorbing solution. Then the trimethylamine in absorbing solution was released out by sodium hydroxide and determined by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry after equilibration for 40 minutes at 80℃. The collection efficiency was above 99% in a collection flow rate of 0. 5 L/min. Under the optimal conditions,the calibration curves were linear in the range of 0. 05 ~ 2. 0μg with correlation coefficient higher than 0. 999. The recoveries ranged from 94% to102% at three spiked levels. The relative standard deviations( RSD) were between 2. 4% and 5. 6%. Method determination limit was 0. 3μg/m3 in a collection volume of 30 L. The established method is more sensitive than other current analysis method,and is suitable fordetermination of trace level of trimethylamine in ambient air.
