摘要
目的:观察参麦注射液联合银杏达莫注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛气阴两虚证的临床疗效。方法:选取96例冠心病心绞痛气阴两虚证患者,按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各48例。对照组在常规西药治疗基础上加用银杏达莫注射液,研究组在对照组用药基础上联合参麦注射液治疗。比较2组心绞痛、心电图疗效,观察并记录2组治疗前后每周心绞痛发作次数和每次心绞痛持续时间,ST段下降导联数(NST)、ST段压低总和(ΣST)。结果:研究组心绞痛总有效率91.67%,对照组心绞痛总有效率66.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究组心电图总有效率95.83%,对照组心电图总有效率72.92%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,2组心绞痛发作次数均较治疗前减少(P<0.05),心绞痛持续时间均较治疗前缩短(P<0.05),NST、ΣST均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);研究组心绞痛发作次数少于对照组(P<0.05),心绞痛持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05),NST、ΣST均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参麦注射液联合银杏达莫注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛气阴两虚证,临床疗效显著,可有效减少心绞痛发作次数。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Shenmai injection combined with Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection in treating angina pectoris of Qi-yin deficiency syndrome. Methods ：Selected 96 patients with angina pectoris of Qi-yin deficiency syndrome and divided them into the research group and the control group with 48 cases in each.The control group was given Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection based on the routine treatment of western medicine, and the research group was given Shenmai injection based on the treatment of the control group.Compared curative effect of pectoris and electrocardiogram of the two groups. Observed and recorded times of pectoris seizure every week, and duration of pectoris seizure everytime, number of ST segment falling lead（NST） and sum of depression of ST segment（ΣST）. Results：The total effective rate of pectoris was 91.67% in the research group, and was 66.67% in the control group, the difference being significant（P〈0.01）. The total effective rate of electrocardiogram was 95.83% in the research group, and was 72.92% in the control group, the difference being significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Shenmai injection combined with Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection has significant clinical effect in treating angina pectoris of Qi-yin deficiency syndrome,which can reduce times and shorten the time of pectoris seizure.
