摘要
目的:探讨参麦注射液联合果糖对心力衰竭患者的心功能及血流动力学的影响。方法:68例慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者随机分为观察组及对照组各34例,对照组患者给予强心、利尿治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上应用1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)及参麦注射液治疗;对比分析两组患者临床疗效,观察治疗前、治疗后第1、2、5、7天心肌酶谱(CK、AST、CK-MB、LDH、HBDH)及血流动力学指标(ESR、HCT、Fb、np、nbl、nbh)的变化。结果:与对照组相比,观察组抢救成功率为32例(94.12%),死亡2例(5.88%);对照组抢救成功率27例(79.41%),死亡7例(20.59%),两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后第2天心肌酶谱及血流动力学各指标显著低于治疗前,对照组治疗后第5天心肌酶谱及血流动力学各指标低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参麦注射液联合果糖能有效提高心力衰竭患者治疗效果,改善血流动力学指标,减轻对心肌的损害,改善预后。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect on cardiac function and hemodynamics of Shen Mai Injection combined with fructose treatment on heart failure patients. Methods: A total of 68 patients with chronic congestive heart failure (CHF) were randomly divided equally into observation group and control group. The control group were treated with cardiac, diuretic therapy; the observation group were treated withl, 6-diphosphate (FDP) and Shen Mai injection. The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. The levels of myocardial enzymes (CK, AST, CK-MB, LDH, HBDH) and hemodynamic index (ESR, HCT, Fb, np, nbl, nbh) before and after treatment 1 d, 2 d, 5 d, 7 d were compared. Results: The successful rescue rate and mortality rate of observation group were 32 cases (94.12%) and 2 cases (5.88%) respectively, while the control group, 27 cases (79.41%) and 7 cases (20.59%) , differences of two groups had statistical significance (P 〈 0.05 ). The hemo- dynamic indexes and myocardial enzymes of observation group on the second day were lower than be- fore treatment, while the myocardial enzymes and hemodynamic indexes of control group after the fifth day of treatment were lower than before treatment, the differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions: Shen Mai Injection combined with fructose treatment can effectively improve the curative effects of patients with heart failure and improve hemodynamic indexes, reducing damage to the heart muscle, preventing bad prognosis.
