摘要 抽油机是油田主要的采油设备,抽油机皮带过松过紧都会对抽油机的工作造成不利的影响。传统调节皮带松紧程度的方式是人为调节电机顶丝和增设皮带胀紧器,虽然取得良好的效果,但也存在调整不及时和调整方式不合理的问题。文章叙述了一种抽油机电动机自动调位装置的研制,通过采集抽油机电机工作电流变化,与设定的工作电流上下限对比,超过工作电流上限就自动回拉电机调松皮带,低于工作电流下限就推动电机向远端,调紧皮带。实现了抽油机皮带松紧程度调整的自动化控制,具有良好的现场实用性。 Pumping unit is a primary oil production equipment in oil fields. Too loose or too tight pumping unit belt can cause adverse results. The conventional belt tightness adjustments include manual adjustment of the jackscrew of the motor and adoption of belt tensioner. However the belt usually can not be adjusted in time and properly. Here a kind of automatic adjustment equipment for pumping unit's motor is introduced. By monitoring the changes in working electric current of the motor and comparing it with the upper/lower limits defined,the motor will be turned backwards to loose the belt when above the upper limit and the motor be automatically turned forwards to tighten the belt when below the lower limit. The motor belt tightness can thus be automatically adjusted,it is practical for field operations.
