摘要 论述了导致瓦温升高的常见原因,并对阀序对调节级叶轮及轴系受力的影响进行了分析。结合海外某600MW机组的实际情况,制订了阀序优化调整方案并进行了现场试验,实现了机组在顺序阀控制方式的长周期安全运行,获取的可观的经济效益。 The common causes of the increase of bushing temperature are discussed, and the influence of the valve sequence on the regulation impeller and shaft force are analyzed. Combined with the actual situation of a 600 MW unit abroad, the valve sequence optimization and adjustment scheme is developed with the test carried out on site, which has realized the long-term safe operation of the unit under the mode of sequential valve control, followed by the obtaining of considerable economic benefits.
