摘要
传统职业生涯向无边界职业生涯理念的转变是历史发展的必然,是科学技术发展的必然。医学生应同步于信息化、数据化、多元化的时代节奏,重新审视并解读医学生的就业能力,厘清传统职业生涯与无边界职业生涯理论的区别,明晰自己的职业发展方向,优化无边界职业生涯背景下的医学生的核心竞争力,实现优质就业,提升医疗服务水平。
The change from traditional career to the idea about boundaryless career is an inevitable outcome of the historical and scientific development. Medical students should catch up with the trends such as informatization, big data and diversification. They should have the fresh look and interpret medical students' employment ability, and clarify the difference between traditional career and the theory of non-border ca- reer, define their career development direction, optimize medical students' core competitiveness and so that to have satisfactory employment and improve the level of medical service.
