摘要
通过添加稀土Er对A356铝合金进行变质处理,再经过T6热处理后利用金相显微试验、硬度测试和拉伸试验探究稀土Er对A356铝合金的力学性能的影响。结果表明,添加少量的稀土Er可以细化A356铝合金的组织,当稀土的添加量w(Er)=0.15%时,α(Al)由粗大的树枝状转变为细小的块状,硅相形貌也有了明显的改善,合金的力学性能得到了较大的提高,其布氏硬度为101.8 HBS,抗拉伸强度为270 N/mm^2,伸长率达到6.69%。
A356 aluminum alloy was modified with rare earth Er added and was treated by T6 heat treatment. Then the effect of Er on the mechanical properties of A356 aluminum al- loy was researched with metallographic test, hardness test and tensile test. The result indi- cates that trace element Er refines the microstructure of A356 aluminum alloy. Specifically speaking, when w(Er) =0.15%, α(Al) transforms to small blocks from coarse arborization and the morphology of silicon is obviously improved. Mechanical properties of A356 alumi- num alloy get much better, i.e. Brinell hardness, tensile strength and elongation reach 101.8 HBS, 270 N/mm2 and 6.69%, respectively.
