摘要
利用重力铸造的方法制备A356铝合金,采用金相显微分析、硬度测试、拉伸性能测试、抗冲击试验等实验方法研究热处理方式对A356铝合金组织与性能的影响。研究结果表明:热处理能有效细化合金组织,在540℃固溶6h后淬火,然后自然时效3.5h,再在155℃固溶2h后空冷,这一热处理工艺能使合金获得球状共晶硅,粗大α-Al初生树枝晶向细小胞状晶与球状晶转变,共晶硅的形态也得到较好的改善,合金表现出较好的力学性能。
A356 aluminum is prepared with gravity casting method. The effects of heat treatment on the structure and properties of the aluminum is metallographic analysis, hardness test, tensile property test and resistant test. The result show that the heat treatment can refine the alloy structur e. The heat treatment process, the ally solution is quenched 6 hours after solid at 540℃. naturally is aged for 3.5 hours~ is cooled down 2 hours after solid 155 ℃. Spheroidal eu-tectoid silicon is obtained through the heat treatment which transforms the coarse a-A1 primary dendritic crystal to small cellular crystal and spheroidal crystal. Additionally, the morphology of the spheroidal eu-tectoid silicon is improved, and aluminum shows better mechanic properties.
