摘要
目的了解"订单式"医学本科生的社会责任感现状,为其职业素质的培养提供理论依据和建议。方法采用问卷调查法对海南医学院2010~2012级239名临床医学专业免费订单培养的本科生进行调查,并对调查结果进行分析。结果订单式医学生对自我、他人、家庭、集体、民族、人类及自然都有一定的责任感;对自己和家庭的责任感较强,对民族、人类及自然的责任感行为相对较弱。结论从社会责任感的认知、情感和行为三方面进行全方位的培养,将有利于提升"订单式"医学本科生的社会责任感及在基层服务的信心和决心。
Objective To investigate the social responsibility of the Hainan Province "booked education" undergraduates in the Hainan Medical University, provides a theoretical basis for its cultivation of professional qualities and suggestions. Methods We designed a questionnaire about social responsibility to the Hainan Medical University's 239 clinical undergraduates in grade 10 - grade 12, and analyzed with the SPSS16.0 statistical software.Results These students had some degrees responsibility for themselves and others, their family, community, ethnic, human and nature, but the themselves and their families responsibility was stronger than the national, human and natural. Conclusions Training students in the social responsibility of cognitive, affective, and behavioral aspects , will help enhance their social responsibility , the confidence and determination in the grass-roots work.
