摘要 为了减轻桥式起重机小车自重从而实现整机轻量化,提出了采用电差动的驱动方式。首先依据电差动驱动原理分析了不同工况下桥式起重机大梁两侧卷筒的转速,得出小车及吊重作联合运动时使卷筒转速唯一确定的条件是吊具的中间滑轮不发生转动,由此提出电差动桥式起重机结构形式,研究了联合运动下钢丝绳的受力情况并结合钢丝绳线速度计算出联合运动下两侧卷筒驱动电机所需的功率,从而得出单个电机所需最小功率,通过对比传统桥式起重机,对整机装机容量进行了分析。 To reduce the weight of trolleys of lightweight bridge cranes, the electrical and differential drive is proposed in the paper. According to analysis on the speed of the reels on both sides of the girder of the bridge crane under different working conditions on the basis of the principles of the electrical and differential drive, the only condition for determining the speed of the reels during associated movement of the trolley and hoisting is to keep the pulley in the middle of the sling still. Construction of electrical and differential drive bridge cranes is put forward based on this. The force on steel wire un- der associated movement is studied in the paper, and power for reels on both sides driving motor under the same condition is calculated based on the linear speed of steel wires, thus obtaining the required minimum power of single motors. Moreo- ver, the overall installed capacity is analyzed by comparing the newly designed crane with traditional bridge crane.
