摘要
在纸机传动中,由于某些机械件的惯量也较大,负荷间会互相影响和干扰,使得系统的扰动大大增加,从而使得有些传动工作方式在电动和发电之间变化。共直流母线技术则是使能量通过母线流动供其它传动使用,以达到节能、提高设备运行可靠性、减少设备维护量和设备的占地面积等目的。通过分析Wijenayake所提出的共直流母线模型,并通过实际测试证明直流共母线方案在纸机多变频系统中是切实可靠的。
In paper machine's drive system, some drives run in the motoring or regeneration state with some reasons. The common DC bus technology uses the regeneration energy to supply other drives. This technology can save the energy , cut down the cost and occupy the less space. The analysis of common DC model by Wijenayake was shown. And the final experiment proves that the project of common DC bus in paper machine is correct and credible.
