摘要
目的:观察益气养阴方对非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)围手术期患者免疫功能的影响。方法:纳入46例行肺叶切除术的气阴两虚证NSCLC患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各23例。对照组按术后常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,于术后第1天加用中药益气养阴方治疗,观察周期为4期。分别于术后第1天及术后4周检测所有患者的CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平。结果:治疗后,治疗组患者的CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平较治疗前均显著升高(P<0.05),CD8^+水平显著降低(P<0.05);对照组患者仅CD4^+/CD8^+水平较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05);且治疗组患者的CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在NSCLC患者围手术期应用益气养阴方可减轻患者的免疫抑制程度,促进患者免疫功能的恢复。
Objective ： To observe the effects of Yiqi Yangyin Prescription on the immune function in the patients with non small cell lung cancer （ NSCLC ） at perioperative period. Methods： Forty-six patients of NSCLC with syndrome of qi-yin deficiency who received lobectomia pulmonalis were included and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, 23 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy after surgery, and the patients in the treatment group were treated with Yiqi Yangyin Prescription from the 1 st day after surgery based on the treatment for the control group. The treatment course was 4 weeks. At the 1 st day after surgery and after treatment for 4 weeks, the levels ofCD3＋, CD4＋, CD8＋ and CD4＋/CD8＋ were detected. Results： After treatment, the levels of CD3＋, CD4＋ and CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ in the treatment group were significantly increased （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the level of CD8＋ was significantly decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the level of CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ in the control group was obviously increased （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; and the levels of CD3 ＋ , CD4＋ and CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ in the treatment group were obviously higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Yiqi Yangyin Prescription can improve the immune inhibition and promote the recovery of immune function in patients with NSCLC at perioperative period.
