摘要
目的 分析角膜曲率与短眼轴临界两侧的人工晶状体度数差值的关系.方法 前瞻性研究.对2014年6月至2015年10月在河北医科大学第一医院眼科,①随机收集500只眼角膜正常的成人白内障患者的角膜曲率进行前瞻性研究,将相同角膜曲率合并,得到177组角膜曲率.②对177组角膜曲率求平均值,得到平均角膜曲率范围是:40.125~48.375 D.③在平均角膜曲率范围内,根据设定的临界眼轴长度(21.97~22.02 mm)进行计算,得到人工晶状体度数差值.④对人工晶状体度数差值与平均角膜曲率进行相关分析.结果 临界段短眼轴的人工晶状体度数差值与平均角膜曲率差异有统计学意义(r=-0.968,P=0.000).结论 角膜正常的成人白内障患者中,短眼轴临界两侧值时,随着平均角膜曲率的增大,人工晶状体度数的差值逐渐变小.
Objective To analyze the relationship between the average comeal curvature and the difference of intraocular lens (IOL)on both sides of the short eye axis.Methods Prospective study of corneal curvature on randomly collected 500 corneas of normal adult cataract patients.With the same corneal curvature,177 cases of comeal curvature were obtained;the average of 177 cases of comeal curvature was obtained,the range of the average corneal curvature was 40.125-48.375D.In the range of average comeal curvature,according to the calculated critical axial length (21.97-22.02mm),the difference of IOL was obtained.The correlation on intraocular lens of difference and average corneal curvature were analyzed.Results There was a negative correlation between the difference of intraocular lens and the average corneal curvature in critical axial of short axis r =-0.968,P =0.000.Conclusions In normal adult cataract patients with normal corneal,the difference of intraocular lens number gradually becomes smaller with the increase of average corneal curvature.
