“二合一”教学法在心血管病专科护士培训中的实践 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨心血管病专科护士培训的有效方式。方法回顾性分析并总结2015-2016年两组心血管病专科护士培训方法,2015年学员为对照组,2016年学员为试验组。培训结束后,两组进行基础理论、案例分析、护理操作考核。结果两组学员成绩比较,试验组学员案例分析、护理操作成绩高于对照组。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以团队为基础的翻转课堂教学与护理工作坊相结合的"二合一"教学模式,能够提高护士综合素质,为未来专科护士培训方式的发展方向提供依据。 Objective To explore the effective way of training special nurses for cardiovascular diseases. Methods The training methods of two groups of nurses specializing in cardiovascular diseases in 2015-2016 years were retrospectively analyzed. The students in 2015 were the control group, and the students in 2016 were the experimental group. After the training, the two groups carried out the basic theory, case analysis and nursing operation assessment. Results The scores of the two groups were compared, and the scores of case analysis and nursing operation were higher in the experimental group than in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The "two in one" teaching model based on the combination of team turnover classroom teaching and nursing workshops can improve the comprehensive quality of nurses and provide the basis for the future development of training methods for specialist nurses.
