轻度认知功能障碍转化为阿尔茨海默病痴呆的危险因素研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)痴呆是发生于老年和老年前期,以进行性认知功能障碍和行为损害为特征的中枢神经系统退行性病变,是老年期最常见的痴呆类型,约占全部痴呆人数的50%~60%。
