交变冲击载荷下高速干切滚刀主轴系统振动响应特性研究 被引量:9

摘要 与传统湿切滚齿相比,高速干切滚齿更加绿色高效,但其主轴转速大且加工参数变化范围广的特性直接影响着滚刀主轴系统的动态特性。为了解不同主轴转速和进给量对高速干切滚刀主轴系统加工过程中振动响应的影响规律,进行多参数混合影响的切削载荷作用下滚刀主轴系统振动响应分析。建立高速干切滚刀主轴系统的有限元模型并进行模态分析,得到各阶固有频率和振型。通过试验获得了在不同主轴转速和进给量下的主切削力,并将其对滚刀主轴系统的激励简化为单频谐波激励。根据不同的加工参数对激扰切削载荷的频率和幅值进行设置,采用分频段的振动谐响应分析方法,得到了滚刀主轴系统的振动响应规律。进行了主轴敲击试验获得了滚刀主轴系统的频响曲线,开展了不同加工参数组合下的加工过程振动响应测试,试验结果验证了仿真分析的可靠性。所得到的振动响应规律可以指导高速干切滚刀主轴系统的加工参数优化。 Compared with the wet hobbing, the high-speed dry hobbing is more green and efficient, but its characteristics of larger spindle speeds and wider range of processing parameters directly affect the dynamic characteristics of the hob spindle system(HSS). In order to understand the rules of the different spindle speeds and feed rates acting on the vibration responses of the HSS, vibration response analysis of the HSS under cutting load with multi-parameter mixedly impacted is conducted. The natural frequencies and mode shapes are obtained through establishing the FE model and carrying out the corresponding modal analysis. The main cutting force under different processing parameters are tested, and its motivation is simplified to single frequency harmonic excitation. The frequencies and amplitudes of excitation cutting loads are set according to different processing parameters, and the vibration response laws of the HSS are revealed via frequency bands-divided vibration harmonic response analysis method. The spectrum curve of the HSS is got by the means of tapping test. Vibration response test with different processing parameters is done, and the reliability of the simulation analysis is verified. The processing parameter optimization can be guided by the obtained vibration response laws.
