摘要
简要介绍了一种应用于机载相控阵雷达的SAM多功能板的设计原理,着重阐述了采用新型的微波数字复合基板设计,实现集射频功分/合成网络、波控电路、电源转换供给等多种电路于一体的多功能板。克服了电磁干扰和制造工艺技术难题,实现了产品的集成化和小型化。
Introduce a design principle of SAM multifunctional composite substrate that can be used in airborne phased array radar. Focus on the use of new microwave digital composite substrate to realize a multifunctional board that have many different circuits in it, such as wide band 16 channel radio frequency power dividing/synthetic network, beam steering circuit, power supply changeover and power requirement. Overcome the technical difficulties of electromagnetic interference and manufacturing process, realize the integration and miniaturization of the product.
