摘要
我国经济犯罪的种类在经济日益发展的趋势下呈现出多样化的特点,从我国经济犯罪资格刑设置的现状来看,在打击经济犯罪方面并不具有很强的针对性,这导致控制经济犯罪的立法效果降低。文章立足于我国经济犯罪存在的问题,综合探讨我国经济犯罪资格刑完善的现实理论基础,并结合我国经济犯罪的特殊情况,着重阐述了我国经济犯罪处罚的独特资格刑设计的立法完善,并提出了具有可行性、操作性的建议。
