摘要 目前油田采油井计量方式普遍存在投入成本高、工艺复杂、设备笨重、计量准确度低、维护难度大等诸多问题。针对油田计量现状和存在的问题,研发出一种称重式计量技术。该技术采用直接称重法对采出液产量进行采样计量,适用于各种石油生产井的气、液、固复杂产出物的液相流量计量。应用该计量技术在计量间进行了现场试验,结果表明计量准确,误差在5%以内,优于分离器计量。称重计量技术的应用大幅度地降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了计量效率、录取数据的准确性以及油井计量管理水平,为油田计量向自动化、数字化方向发展探索了新途径。 There are many problems remaining in current oil-well produced fluid metering methods, such as high input cost,complicated process,heavy equipments,low metering accuracy,great mainte-nance difficulty and so on. In view of the current situation and existing problems of oilfield metering, a new type weighing metering technology is developed. This technology uses direct weighing method to meter the sample, which is suitable for the liquid phase flow metering of various oil-well complex output in the form of gas, liquid and solid. The metering plant is the main place for application and testing. Field tests are concluded in the metering room by using the metering technology, and the result shows that the metering is accurate, with the error of 5%, which is better than separator metering . The weighing metering technology greatly reduces the labor intensity of the workers, improves the metering efficiency and the accuracy of the admission data and improves the oil-well metering management level. The new technology also explores a new approach for the automation and digital development of the oil field metering.
