摘要
目的探讨湿润烧伤膏(moist exposed burn ointment,MEBO)治疗跟骨骨折术后内固定钢板外露的临床疗效。方法将2015年1月—2016年6月河南宏力医院骨科收治的35例跟骨骨折术后内固定钢板外露患者随机分为观察组(19例)与对照组(16例),观察组患者采用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗,对照组患者采用常规换药治疗,对比观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者创面均完全愈合,其中观察组患者的创面愈合时间为11~27 d,明显短于对照组的19~38 d。治疗21 d后,观察组患者的总有效率为94.74%,明显高于对照组的56.25%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,即湿润烧伤膏治疗跟骨骨折术后内固定钢板外露的临床疗效明显优于传统疗法。结论湿润烧伤膏治疗跟骨骨折术后内固定钢板外露,创面愈合时间较短,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment (MEBO) in the treatment of plate exposure after internal fixation of calcaneus fracture.Methods Thirty-five patients with plate exposure after internal fixation of calcaneus fracture admitted to the Orthopeadics Department of Henan Honliv Hospital between January 2015 and June 2016 were randomly distributed into the treatment group (19 patients) and the control group (16 patients).Patients in the treatment group were treated by MEBO while the conventional dressing-change therapy was given to the patients in the control group.The clinical outcomes were then observed and compared between the two groups.Results After 21 days of treatment, the total effective rate was 94.74% in the treatment group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (56.25%) with a statistically significant difference (P〈0.05).That is to say, the clinical efficacy of MEBO in treating plate exposure after internal fixation of calcaneus fracture was significantly better than that of the conventional therapy;the wound healing time of patients in the treatment group was 11-27 days, which was significantly shorter than that in the control group (19-38 days).Conclusion MEBO is effective in promoting the wound healing of patients with plate exposure after internal fixation of calcaneus fracture with a short wound healing time and significant clinical effects, deserving to be promoted in the clinical practice.
