摘要
图式理论强调的是先前获得的以单元形式存储在头脑中的图式,学习新知识的过程就是通过处理新信息丰富原有图式的过程。本文通过分解学习者在英语阅读中的思维过程阐述图式理论的三种形式即语言图式、内容图式和形式图式在英语阅读中的应用。本文也试图通过图式理论对英语阅读的指导作用来探讨在英语阅读教学中教师和学生如何更好地应用图式理论对英语阅读理解的促进作用,从而增强学生的英语阅读能力。
Schema theory focuses on the previously acquired schema stored in the brainand the course of enriching existing schemata by processing new information. This paper aims to expound the appli- cation of the three forms of schema theory, namely, linguistic schema, content schema and formal schema by decomposing the learner's thinking process in English reading comprehension. This paper also attempts to explore the guidance of schema theory for English reading comprehension to improve students' English reading comprehension abilities.
