摘要
运用AutoCAD和UG两种软件对扇形件压铸模具进行设计验证。充分考虑压铸工艺性,压铸机生产能力得到最佳发挥,全面细致地介绍了确保压铸模胀型力与压铸机安装中心重合的计算方法及应用过程,并从不同侧面进行分析与说明,并将其实用化。
The fan-shaped part die casting die was designed and verified by using of AutoCAD and UG software. The die casting process property and machine manufacturability were considered. The paper introduces the calculation method and applicable process which ensure dilating force of die casting die and die casting machine installment center overlapping, and explains it from different sides and makes it to be practical.
