摘要
根据管接头零件铸件结构特点,在对其成形工艺分析的基础上,结合压铸设备型号及技术参数,设计了压铸模。模具分型面选择在纵向最大截面处,压铸件侧孔需侧抽芯距离过大,选择对拼式侧型芯斜导柱双向抽芯结构,浇注系统选用环形浇口,避免了金属液正面冲击型芯,充填型腔更加平稳。推出机构设置在环形浇口及溢流槽凝料位置,提高了压铸件外表面质量。
Considering the structural features,through analyzing the forming process and combining with the die casting machine from the enterprise and technological parameters,die casting die was designed.The parting face of the mould was set at the longitudinal maximum section.Due to requiring large pulling-core distance at side-hole of the tube joint,two-directional pulling-core mechanism with side-core slanted guide pillar was designed.Through designing ring-gate in gating system,smooth filling could be realized as a result of avoiding the molten metal directly impacting core,improving the inner and surface quality of the die castings.Push-put mechanism was set at ring-gate location and overflow slot location,improving greatly the surface quality of the tube joint.
