摘要
以具有复杂自由曲面的飞行员座椅靠背为研究对象,应用逆向工程和快速成型方法实现了靠背样件的制作。首先,根据非接触式测量方法采集座椅靠背外形数据,利用Geomagic Studio处理获取的点云数据,在此基础上实现靠背3D曲面模型重构;然后分析、确定曲面精度评价指标,应用Geomagic Qualify软件对靠背的重构模型与其点云数据模型进行3D、2D精度评价;最终,应用光固化快速成型方法,选用光敏环氧树脂制作出靠背样件。研究表明,该方法可以获得高精度的靠背曲面重构模型,同时能有效地缩短产品的研发周期。
In this paper, the pilot seat back with complex free surfaces was used as the research object to make its sample part by reverse engineering and rapid prototyping. Firstly, the surface shape data of the seat back was collected according to non-contact measurement method and the acquired point cloud data was processed by using Geomagic Studio software. On this basis, a 3D surface model reconstruction of the seat back was realized. Secondly, an index of the surface accuracy evaluation was analyzed and determined. Thirdly, the 3D and 2D accuracy evaluations between the reconstruction model of the seat back and its point cloud data model were carried out by Geomagie Qualify software. Finally, a sample part of the seat back was manufactured based on stereo lithography method with photosensitive epoxy resin as the material. The results show that the high-precision reconstruction model of the seat back can be obtained by this integrated method, which effectively shortens product development cycle time.
