摘要
增生性瘢痕(hypertrophic scar,HS)是创面修复过度形成的结缔组织,其发病率高、发病机制不明、治疗困难,是临床医师面临的一大挑战。脉冲染料激光(pulsed dye laser,PDL)治疗增生性瘢痕有一定疗效,但尚未有统一治疗标准。本文从HS发生机制,PDL治疗参数,不良反应等几个方面进行综述。
Hypertrophic Scars（HS） are connective tissues that form due to excessive wound repair. It is always a challenge for clinicians be- cause of the high incidence of HS and difficult performance of the therapy for HS. Despite of the fact that pulsed dye laser（PDL） has significant effect in treating hypertrophic scars, there is no unified treatingstandards. This review focuses on the generation mechanism of HSand the mode, cycle and adverse effects of the PDL treatment for HS.
