摘要
目的探讨中医辨证治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎(CNAG)的临床疗效。方法选取宁夏石嘴山第一医院2014年5月—2016年8月收治的CNAG患者126例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各63例。对照组患者采用西药治疗,治疗组患者采用中医辨证治疗,两组患者均持续治疗30 d。比较两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后中医症状积分及生活质量评分。结果治疗组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者中医症状积分、生活治疗评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者中医症状积分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用中医辨证治疗CNAG的临床疗效确切,可明显缓解患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation on chronic non atrophic gastritis（CNAG）.Methods A total of 126 cases of CNAG patients were selected from May 2014 to August 2016 in the First Hospital of Shizuishan,which were divided into control group and treatment group,63 cases in each group.Control group was treated with western medicine,treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation,both groups were treated for 30 d.The clinical effect,TCM symptom score and quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than control group（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,no statistically significant differences of TCM symptom score or quality of life score was found between the two groups（P〉0.05）;after treatment,the treatment group of TCM symptom score was lower than control group,quality of life score was higher than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation has an obviously clinical effect in treating CNAG,it can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,and promote the quality of life.
