摘要
目的:对运用中医辨证疗法对患有慢性萎缩性胃炎的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法:抽取120例患有慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床确诊患者病例,将其分为A、B两组,平均每组60例。A组患者采用西医常规方法进行治疗;B组患者采用中医辨证疗法进行治疗。结果:B组患者治疗后慢性萎缩性胃炎症状的改善效果明显优于A组;治疗过程中临床症状好转时间明显早于A组;用药后产生不良反应的的人数明显少于A组;接受治疗的实际时间明显短于A组;治疗结束后病症的复发率明显低于A组。结论:运用中医辨证疗法对患有慢性萎缩性胃炎的患者进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。
Objective： To research and analysis the clinical effect of TCM therapy on treating patients suffering from CAG.Methods： 120 cases of clinically diagnosed patients with CAG cases extracted,will be divided into two groups（A,B）,60 each.A group of patients were treated with conventional Western medicine;Group B were treated with TCM therapies for treatment.Results：The improvement of group B patients with CAG symptoms was significantly better than group A;course of treatment and clinical symptoms improved significantly earlier in group A;the number of adverse reactions after administration of significantly less than in group A;the actual time was significantly shorter in group A;the end of treatment after disease recurrence rate was significantly lower in group A.Conclusion： The clinical effect of TCM therapy on treating patients suffering from CAG is very obvious.
