摘要
井下节流工艺可降低站场建设成本,稳定气井生产,减少温室气体排放。川西气田从2006年开始引入井下节流工艺,但丛式井开发模式造斜点浅、井斜角大以及流体节流后温度必须大于水合物形成温度的理论,导致井下节流工艺应用程度不高,且因维护工艺存在不足,造成井下节流器投放失效率达22%,打捞失败率达35%。为克服以上技术难题,基于地层加热和流体冲蚀理论,优化节流器设计下深,解决了大斜度井实施井下节流工艺难的问题;优选了多胶筒棘刺节流器,制定了合理的井下节流器维护制度:活动式打捞周期为半年1次,固定式打捞周期为1年1次,提出地面安全防护措施:油压→针阀→油嘴套→井口高低压截断阀→地面流程,从而提高节流器可靠性,解决了井筒卡堵、打捞困难。2016年川西气田共对12口井实施井下节流,工艺施工成功率100%,打捞成功率100%。
Downhole throttling technology can greatly save the construction cost of the station,make the pro- duction of the gas wells stable and reduce the greenhouse gas emission.In 2006 ,downhole throttling technolo- gy was introduced in the west Sichuan gas field,but its application is at low level because of shallow kick off point,high deviation angle and the theory that the downstream current of the original throttle must be larger than that of the hydrate formation in the development model of the cluster well.The shortcomings of the maintenance process led to 22% of downhole failure rate and 35% of salvage failure rate.In order to overcome the above technical difficulty,the designed depth of the downhole throttle was optimized based on the theory of formation heating and fluid erosion,and the issues that the technology is hard to be implement- ed in the high-deviated wells were solved.Multi-rubber cylinder thorns throttle was selected and reasonable maintenance system for the downhole throttle was made.Active salvage cycle is one times per half year,and fixed salvage cycle is one times per year.Ground safety measure is put forward for oil pressure,needle valve, nozzle cage,pressure cut-off valve and surface flowsheet,which improve the reasonability of the throttle and solve the problems of wellbore blockage and being difficult to salvage.The downhole throttling was implement- ed in 12 wells of the west Sichuan gas field with 100% of success rate and 100% of salvage success rate.
