摘要
采用DEAE-52离子交换层析和Sephadex G-150凝胶柱层析对红松松子壳多糖(PPSP)进行分离纯化。以不同浓度PPSP的生理盐水溶液给予小鼠连续灌胃,21 d后检测小鼠肝脏和血清中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力及丙二醛(MDA)含量4个抗氧化指标。结果显示:PPSP高剂量组与对照组相比,能够极显著提高抗氧化酶活力(P<0.001)并降低丙二醛含量。表明PPSP能够增强小鼠的抗氧化能力,具有延缓衰老的作用。
In this paper,Pinus koraiensis Pinon polysaccharides (PPSP) were purified by using DEAE-52 ion-exchange chromatography and Sephadex G-150 gel column chromatography.Different concentrations of PPSP in physiological saline solution were lavaged to mice continuously.Then four oxidation indices,including superoxide dismutase,catalase,glutathione peroxidase activity and content of malondialdehyde,were detected in mouse liver and serum after 21 d lavage.Results showed high dose PPSP group significantly enhances vitality of antioxidant enzymes (P〈0.001) and reduces content of malondialdehyde.This study indicated that PPSP can enhance anti-oxidative capacity of mice and have anti-aging function.
