摘要
随着计算机技术、网络技术和通信技术的发展和应用,信息化建设逐渐成为高等院校实现可持续化发展和完善各项体系结构的重要保障。为确保高等院校的实际竞争力得到有效的提升,高等院校人力资源的管理需要与时俱进的创新精神,高强度地进行改革。立足于高校人力资源管理信息化的基本内涵,从多角度,多层次的思考和探索高等院校人力资源信息化建设的现状和存在问题,并提出合理的高等院校人力资源管理信息化建设的发展战略。
With the development and application of computer,network and communication technologies, informatization gradually be-comes the important guarantee for colleges and universities to realize sustainable development and optimize the structure of the systems.Inorder to ensure the real competitiveness of colleges and universities, human resources management needs the spirit of innovation and mov-ing with the times to carry out an intensive reform. This paper explores the present situation and existing problems in human resource in-formation construction through various angles and means and puts forward the proper development strategy about human resource informa-tion construction in colleges and universities.
