摘要
陶行知作为平民教育的伟大旗手,终身致力于乡村幼儿教育的普及工作,为我国乡村幼稚园的普及作出了极大贡献。他不仅认识到幼儿教育的重要性,而且致力于幼儿教育的普及工作,并根据社会现实提出幼儿教育的中国化要求,同时在幼儿教育的内容、方法和师资培养方面,提出了自己的独特见解。他的幼儿教育思想虽产生于20世纪20年代,但时至今日对我国当前普及农村学前教育仍具有重大指导意义,值得我们深思和借鉴。
As a standard bearer of education for the average people,Tao Xingzhi committed himself all his life to the popularization of preschool education in the countryside and he made great contribution to the popularization of rural kindergartens.He not only recognized the importance of early childhood education but devoted to the popularization work;he suggested that early childhood education must be sinicized;he also had his unique insights about the content,methods and teacher training in preschool education.Although his thought emerged in the 1920s,but it is worthy of study today and has great guiding significance to China's current effort to popularize preschool education in rural areas.
