摘要
文章在对L职业大学近两年退学情况进行调查的基础上,辅之深度访谈与参与式观察相结合的质性研究方法,透析了大学生主动退学的深层次原因,提出"以生为本"的教育管理理念及柔性干预策略。
Based on the investigation of the dropout phenomenon of L Vocational College in the recent two years and with in-depth interviews and participatory observation, this paper analyzes the deep reasons of college students' voluntary dropout and puts forward the'student-based'education management idea and the flexible intervention strategies.
