摘要
本研究结合某高职院校近三年的退学学生数据,通过调查该高职院校学籍异动中退学学生的现状,从而对退学原因进行分析,并结合原因为高职院校减少学生退学提供可资借鉴的管理办法。
Combined with recent three years＇ data of dropouts in a higher vocational college, this study investigates the current situation of the dropouts in the particular changes of their student status, analyzes the causes of the dropping out, and provides feasible methods for higher vocational colleges to reduce the number of dropouts.
