摘要
近几年来,随着社会的进一步发展,我国高等教育事业得到快速发展。高校在校大学生人数剧增,学校面对教学、管理等诸多方面的压力,再加上教学质量下降以及社会就业形势严峻等一系列问题。大学生退学的现象在高校中时有发生,并呈现出逐年上升的趋势。虽然这样的情况难以避免,但是正确科学地分析原因,找到相应的减少大学生退学的方法不容犹豫。
