摘要
目的:探讨老年脑梗死患者应用早期康复护理干预的临床效果,及其对护理质量及患者生活能力的改善作用。方法:收治老年脑梗死患者84例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用早期康复护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:经过护理干预后,观察组各指标评分改善程度、护理满意度、HAMD评分和NIHSS评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年脑梗死患者应用早期康复护理干预,能有效改善生活能力,提升护理质量。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on elderly patients with cerebral infarction,and its improvement effect on nursing quality and life ability.Methods:84 elderly patients with cerebral infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention.The observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing intervention.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:After nursing intervention,in the observation group,each index score improvement,nursing satisfaction,HAMD score and NIHSS score were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on elderly patients with cerebral infarction can effectively improve the living ability and improve the nursing quality.
