摘要
目的:分析老年脑梗死患者应用渐进性康复护理对于运动功能改善的效果。方法:选择老年脑梗死患者75例,分为试验组与对照组。对照组患者给予常规护理;试验组患者给予渐进性康复护理干预,对比两组患者在运动功能以及生活质量方面的差异。结果:经过护理,试验组患者运动功能和生活质量改善均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:渐进性康复护理有助于改善老年脑梗死患者运动功能和生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To analysis application in elderly patients with cerebral infarction progressive rehabilitation nursing to improve the effect of movement function.Methods Choose 75 cases of senile cerebral infarction patients,randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Control group given routine care;Experimental group patients give progressive rehabilitation nursing intervention,compared two groups of patients in the motor function and life quality differences.Results After nursing,the experimental group patients with motor function and life quality improvement were superior to control group,there are significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The progressive rehabilitation nursing helps improve motor function in patients with senile cerebral infarction and the quality of life,is worth promoting.
