摘要
油气产品实验室在质量管理过程中,存在多种干扰因素影响最终检测结果。本文通过讨论使用故障树及其失效模式等下﹝Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, FMEA﹞和风险评估矩阵(risk assessment malrix, RAM)等安全工具;对实验室风险节点进行评估,依据风险严重程度制定出相应质量管理改进计划,促进实验室质量管理体系的建立与完善。
There are many interference factors influencing the final detection result in the quality management process of oil-gas products laboratory. In this paper, through discussing using the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA) and risk assessment malrix(RAM) etc. safety tools to take evaluation on the laboratory risk node, besides, make corresponding quality management improvement plan according to the severity of risk so that to promote the building and perfection of laboratory quality management system.
