摘要
乙草胺和氯磺隆都是高活性、低毒、广谱的除草剂。目前常用的测定乙草胺和氯磺隆含量的方法主要是气相色谱法。但气相色谱法的分离效果并不是很稳定,无法将乙草胺和氯磺隆的主峰有效分离,本研究建立了基于Agilent 1260型高效液相色谱仪和C18色谱柱(Agilent ZORBAX SB C-18)的测定除草剂乙草胺、氯磺隆有效成分含量的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)快速分析方法,流动相:甲醇+水(体积比70:30为乙草胺,体积比60:40为氯磺隆);检测波长:230nm(乙草胺)、240nm(氯磺隆);柱温:30℃;流速:1mL/min;进样量20μL;二者的线性关系良好(乙草胺的R^2=0.9989,氯磺隆的R^2=0.9898)。该方法的优点是操作简便、快速、准确。
Acetochlor and chlorsulfuron are the herbicide with the characteristics of high activity, low toxicity and broad spectrum. The commonly used measurement method of acetochlor and chlorsulfuron content currently is gas chromatographic method, however, the separation effect of gas chromatographic method is' not very stable so it cannot separate the main peak of acetochlor and chlorsulfuron effectively. This research, based on the Agilent 1260 type of high performance liquid chromatography and C18 chromatographic column(Agilent ZORBAX SB C-18), has built the HPLC rapid analysis method for the measurement of effective constituent content of herbicide acetochlor and chlorsulfuron, mobile phase: methyl alcohol+water(volume rate 70:30 of acetochlor volume rate 60:40 of chlorsulfuron) ; detection wave length 230nm (acetochlor), 240nm(chlorsulfuron); column temperature: 30℃ ; flow velocity: l mL/min; sample amount 20μL; the linear relation of the both is good(acetochlor R2=0.9989, chlorsulfizron R2=0. 9898). This method has the advantages of simple, .fast and accurate operation.
