摘要
建立了固相膜萃取-气相色谱/质谱法测定水中氟乐灵、莠去津和乙草胺3种除草剂的分析方法。水样经C_(18)固相萃取膜萃取后,用正己烷洗脱。采用DB-5MS毛细柱分离。在选择离子扫描(SIM)模式下测定,外标法定量。结果表明,3种除草剂在0.02~1.0 mg/L浓度范围内,均呈较好的线性关系,r>0.999,方法的检出限为0.06~0.11μg/L。以空白样品为基体进行加标回收试验,平均回收率为89.8%~114.0%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.6%~5.4%。
An analytical method for determination of three herbicides (trifluralin, atrazine and acetochlor) in water samples was developed using solid-phase extraction and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (SPE-GC/MS). The water sample was extracted by C18 solid phase disk, and eluted by hexane. After separated on a DB-5MS capillary column, the herbicides were analyzed under selected ion monitoring (SIM) mode and quantified by external standard method. The results showed that all three herbicides had good linearities in the range of 0.02 to 1.0 mg/L, with the correlation coefficients of greater than 0. 999 and the detection limit of 0.06 to 0.11 μg/L. The average recovery rates measured by standard addition method were in the range of 89.8% to 114.0%, with the relative standard deviation (n =6) in the range of 1.6% to 5.4%.
