摘要
在教育改革过程中,高职院校人文素质教育工作存在着满足于让学生获得某个职业所需要的实际知识和技能,而对于培养学生具有独立人格、健康心理、社会适应能力、创新实践能力、职业道德素质的人文素质教育重视不够等不容忽视的问题。高职院校开展人文素质教育工作的基本策略是:凸显民族性,夯实文化性,增强社会性,围绕职业性,依托技术性,提升实践性。
During the process of change, the humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges are mainly content to let students gain practical knowledge and skills needed for future occupation nowadays, while cultivating students' independent personality, mental health, social adaptation ability, innovation ability, professional moral quality of the humanistic quality education are usually ignored. The basic strategies of developing the humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges are to highlight the national character, to strengthen the culture and to strengthen the sociality with revolving the profession, relying on the technology and enhancing the practicality.
