摘要
职业素养教育是职业学校素质教育的重要特征,已成为现代职业教育重要的价值取向,也是目前职教领域迫切需要解决的问题之一。针对当前国内学者对职业素养内涵的理解依然存在分歧的现状以及中职学校职业素养培养中普遍存在缺乏针对性、实践性、全程性、整合性等问题,依据有关政策精神和中职学校普遍开展校企合作的实际,提出职业素养教育课程化的基本策略,为职业素养的培育提供明确的目标、内容和评价依据,以实现职业素养培养的系统化、规范性,切实提升职业素养培养实效。
Professional quality education is an important characteristic of quality education among vocational schools. It has become a significant value orientation of modern quality education, meanwhile it is also one of the problems that vocational schools need to solve urgently. Concerning the status of domestic scholars having different understanding over professional quality and the problems of lack of pertinence, practical, completeness and conformability among secondary vocational schools, in accordance with the relevant policy and the common situation of carrying out school-enterprises cooperation, this paper proposes basic strategy for the curriculumization of professional quality education to provide specific objectives, content and evaluation basics for the cultivation of professional quality, so as to realize the systematization and normalization of the cultivation of professional quality, thus feasibly enhancing its effectiveness.
