摘要
目的:探讨细节管理在维持性血液透析护理中的应用及效果。方法:收集笔者所在医院就诊的120例血液透析患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各60例。对照组患者给予基础护理,试验组患者在此基础上给予细节管理。观察并比较两组患者治疗后护理满意度及患者并发症发生率。结果:与对照组相比,试验组患者的护理满意度较高,并发症发生率较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:细节管理能提高维持性血液透析患者的护理满意度,降低患者的并发症发生率,临床效果较好。
Objective： To explore the application and effect of detail management in maintenance hemodialysis nursing.Method： 120 cases of hemodialysis patients in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group of 60 cases.The patients in the control group were given basic nursing, and the patients in the experimental group were given details management on the basis of control group.Compared the two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction and the complications.Result： Compared with the control group, the patients in the experimental group had higher nursing satisfaction and lower complication rate, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conelusion： Detail management can improve the nursing satisfaction of patients with maintenance hemodialysis, reduce the complications rate, and the clinical effect is better.
