摘要
神经科病房的住院患者发生走失行为比例较高,分析后发现走失患者容易产生幻觉、妄想及定向力障碍等,且以男性、老年和低文化水平患者居多。针对神经科住院患者走失行为的危险因素,2016年4月份北京协和医院神经内科病房安装了无线定位追踪系统,重点是对患者提供定位安全监护,同时提高医院监管。文章主要介绍神经内科病房无线定位追踪系统的整套应用方案。
The proportion of loss of patients hospitalized in wards of the Neurology Department is relatively high. After analysis, it is found that the lost patients are prone to hallucinations, delusions, disorientation, etc., especially men, the elderly and patients with low education level. For the risk factor of the loss of patients hospitalized in the Neurology Department, in April 2016 wards of the Neurology Department of Peking Union Medical College Hospital were equipped with the wireless positioning tracking system. The focus is to provide the positioning security monitoring to patients, and improve the hospital supervision and management. The paper mainly introduces a complete set of application solution of the wireless positioning tracking system in wards of the Neurology Department.
