摘要 电力通信网是电力系统的重要组成部分,其在电网安全、稳定运行中起着重要作用。文章综合考虑电力通信网的典型特征,建立了一套整体电力通信骨干网发展水平评价指标体系,并提出一种基于改进雷达图的电力通信骨干网发展水平诊断方法。该方法不仅能对单个地区中不同发展水平指标进行直观诊断,也可对不同地区的整体发展水平进行直观诊断比较。 Electric power communication network is an important part of power system, which plays an important role in the security, stability operation of power system. Considering the characteristics ofelectric power communication network, this paper established a set of power communication backbone network development level evaluation index system, and proposed a power communication backbone network development leveldiagnosis method based on improved radar chart. This method cannot only be used for the direct diagnosis of different development level indicators in a single area, but alsobe used to visually compare the overall development level of different regions.
