摘要
当前,高校学生体质下降与体育伤害风险上升的现实状况日渐显露.结合党的十八大报告中关于社会管理战略部署中的新思想、新观点和新论断,汲取风险社会理论成果,从风险的视角审视高校体育伤害问题.谋求建立高校学生体育伤害事故风险防范与治理机制,探寻合乎时代、合乎国情、合乎校情的合理风险治理之策,最大限度地化解和防范学生体育伤害事故的发生,有效地、快捷地处理学生体育伤害事故,维护安宁、和谐的校园环境,推动高校体育活动依法依规正常开展.
It is obvious about the physical deterioration and increased risk of sports injury of college students. By considering the new idea, neodoxy and new judgment of social management strategy in- troduced in the report of the 18th national congress, and the theory of risk society,we study our col- lege sports injury problems. To establish prevention and governance mechanism,it is our goal to seek the strategy of the time, national conditions, and school conditions. It is hoped to handle student in- jury accidents effectively and quickly, safeguarding peace, harmonious campus environment and pro- mote the university sports activities, and the law has an important value and practical significance to normal development.
