摘要
水中总氰化物的测定是我国地表水环境质量标准中的一项基本指标,异烟酸-吡唑啉酮分光光度法是测定地表水中微量氰化物的常用方法,该方法步骤繁琐,操作过程复杂,在实际应用过程中稳定性较差,所以严格控制好本方法的实验条件至关重要。本文通过研究氯胺T的加入量、显色时间的长短以及显色温度的不同,通过大量实验证明最佳的显色条件为加入氯胺T0.2 mL,在20~30℃条件下显色30 min。
Determination of total cyanide in water is one of the basic indicators of environmental quality standards for surface water in China, isonicotinic acid pyrazolone spectrophotometric method is a common method for the determination of cyanide in surface water, this method is complicated and complex operation process, the actual application process stability is poor, so the strict control of this experiment method is very important. Through the study of the amount of chloramine T, the color of the time and the color temperature, and a large number of experiments, it proved that the best color conditions were as follows : the addition of chloramine T was 0. 2 mL, in 20 - 30℃ with colored 30 min.
