注浆式高粘弹改性沥青混合料性能试验研究

摘要 注浆式改性沥青混凝土是一种以开级配改性沥青混合料为母体结构,注入一定的注浆材料而形成的半柔性新型路面结构。通过室内试验,分别对排水式改性沥青混合料、注浆式沥青混合料的高温稳定性、水稳定性、低温抗裂性等路用性能进行了测试,并通过钻芯取样法对试验路段的铺筑效果进行了评价分析。结果表明:用高粘弹改性沥青作为胶结料的排水式改性沥青混合料路用性能优良;采用高模量纳米注浆材料注浆后形成的注浆式高粘弹改性沥青混合料可进一步提升路用性能,尤其是其高温稳定性及水稳定性得到显著提升;现场试验性应用表明,注浆技术现场施工铺筑效果良好。研究成果为注浆式高粘弹改性沥青混合料的设计与施工提供了技术支撑。 The casting modified asphalt concrete is a new kind of semi-flexible pavement structure, which is made of the modified asphalt mixture as the infrastructure and pouring into the grouting material. The pavement performance of high viscosity-elastic modified asphalt mixture and grouting modified asphalt mixture was evaluated with high temperature stability, moisture susceptibility and low temperature anti-cracking. The paving effect of the test road was evaluated and analyzed. The test results indicated that the drainage asphalt mixture had great road performance with the high viscosity-elastic modified asphalt. The grouting material could effectively improve the performance of drainage mixture, especially the high temperature stability and moisture susceptibility. The difference of the performance between the sample and the sample was small. The paving effect of the grouting asphalt pavement was good. The research results provide basis for improving the design and construction technology of grouting high viscosity-elastic modified asphalt mixture.
