摘要
在酸性Tris-HCl缓冲介质中,溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)增敏固绿FCF,与Al(Ⅲ)结合生成三元络合物使共振瑞利散射(RRS)显著增强并产生新的RRS光谱,其最大共振瑞利散射峰位于330nm,RRS增强程度(ΔI_(RRS))与Al(Ⅲ)的质量浓度在0.02~0.49mg/L成正比,方法有很高的灵敏度,检出限是0.0096mg/L。方法用于面制食品中Al(Ⅲ)的测定,结果满意。
In an acidic Tris-hydrochloric acid buffer, fast green FCF was sensitized with cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTMAB). Aluminum(Ⅲ) could be bound with fast green FCF and CTMAB to form a ternary complex,which led to a distinctly enhanced resonance Rayleigh scattering(RRS) and the appearance of a new RRS spectrum. The maximum resonance Rayleigh scattering peak was located at 330 nm. The RRS intensity (△IRRs) was directly proportional to the mass concentration of aluminum(Ⅲ) in the range of 0. 02 to 0. 49 mg/L. The method exhibited high sensitivity with the detection limit of 0. 0096 mg/L. The method has been applied to the determination of aluminum in flour foods with satisfactory results.
