摘要 基于天然气高压、大流量计量站检定工艺流程,提出了量值溯源总体设计和检定系统总体设计方法。通过对数据采集处理系统的设计,实现了工作标准装置区、核查装置区和被检装置区的温度、压力、流量数据的采集、处理、计算,实现了高压、大流量流量计的检定。检定系统诊断方案的设计为检定系统的准确性提供了有效保障。 Based on metrological process of natural gas high pressure, mass flow at metering station, overall design of traceability and metrological verification system is put forward. Through the design of data collection and processing system, acquisition, procession and calculation of data on temperature, pressure and flow for working standard device area, verification device area and checked device area are realized. High pressure and mass flow flowmeters verification are realized. Design of verification system diagnosis provides effective guarantee for accuracy of metrological verification system.
