循环运动训练对2型糖尿病妇女心肺适能及血流介导的血管舒张功能的影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的:研究循环运动训练对2型糖尿病妇女心肺适能及血流介导的血管舒张功能(FMD)的影响,探讨循环运动训练对2型糖尿病患者心血管功能的影响及机制。方法:8例2型糖尿病妇女进行12周的循环运动训练,采用超声技术测试受试者循环运动训练前、后的血流介导血管舒张功能,采用Astrand-Ryhnuiy列线图法间接推测受试者最大摄氧量,并对血清脂代谢指标和血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6),C-反应蛋白(CRP)的水平进行检测。同时将8例同年龄段、健康非糖尿病妇女作为正常对照组。结果:经过12周循环运动训练后,糖尿病妇女的体脂率(30.42%±1.80%vs 28.10%±1.50%)、糖化血红蛋白(7.31%±0.70%vs 6.88%±0.76%)等显著下降(P<0.05),同时,FMD(7.32%±1.29%vs 9.37%±0.89%)显著增加(P<0.05),最大摄氧量([1.73±0.22)L/min vs(2.10±0.32)L/min]显著增加(P<0.05),IL-6([0.78±0.13)ng/L vs(0.40±0.15)ng/L]、CRP([9.97±0.96)mg/L vs(7.32±1.02)mg/L]水平显著降低(P<0.05)。所有受试者的FMD增加的程度与最大摄氧量增加程度、血清IL-6和CRP降低的程度呈显著正相关。结论:循环运动训练能改善糖尿病妇女血流介导的血管舒张功能,循环运动训练改善心血管功能的机制与心肺适能的提高及炎症水平的降低有关。
